IMHO the Nikon 10x42SE or a secondhand Swift Audubon (Kestrel) Model 826 (the bigger brother of the Swift Audubon 8.5x44) which was last manufactured in about 2002. The Swift has a wider field of view (seven degrees versus six for the Nikon) but the Nikon has considerably better image quality towards the edge of the field of view (better than any other CF Porro I can think of).
