I'm trying to locate a bag or soft case with belt loops, so that I can keep my bins handy when out on a walk (rather than out specifically birding).
I find it hopeless to have them round my neck, as they "bounce and roll" when I'm at full pace; and keeping them in my rucsac is a guarantee of the target having flown by the time I've got them out.
A morning's Googling has proved fruitless: the obvious suspects (Lowe and Tamrac) don't seem to make anything of suitable dimensions (either too bulky or just too small).
Has anyone else found a satisfactory product for this application ?
(The bins are Leica Ultravid 8x42 so the internal dimensions of a bag need to be around 150x110x70 )
