I am planning on ordering an Audubon Equinox HP 10x42 in the next couple weeks. Has anyone had a chance to look at them? If so, what did you think about them?
Any comments on first-hand observations would be appreciated.
Thanks

I looked through an HP 8x42. It was a decent birding binocular, bright and sharp. Nice handling and smooth focus. Kinda plasticky feel to them. Some color fringing, of course. Unfortunately, it was at sunset when i tried birding with them, and i got quite a lot of reflexions, ghosting, and flare. You can imagine that i promptly dismissed them as "P. O. S." .
