First of all, i need to rectify on my previous posts about the Audubon Equinox binoculars. The defective sample that i am talking about is not an HP (it is the earlier version). I am sorry for providing misleading information.
Second, i was contacted today by a person from Sheltered Wings, the importer and distributor of the Audubon Equinox binoculars. They offered to repair or replace the binoculars. That is indeed good customer service. Thank you.
The binoculars belong to a co-worker. I will pass the information to her.

If one attempts to provide information, some of it will turn out to be incorrect or misleading. We should probably have a separate thread just to record "mia culpa" admissions, each cross-referenced to the offending posts. It would be a long thread.
