Not sure where to post this so I'll start here and if the moderators deem it necessary they can move it.
Basically I'm trying to decide between the two optics in the title. Since I love my Pentax 65mm spotter so much I think the 100m version would be outstanding. With the 10xw EP some of those really far out raptors might just get ID'd for certain.
But as I say, the notion of big eyes has also held my attention for a while. In particular the Vortex Kaibab or Doctor Nobilem 15x60 (or some such variant). Zeiss would be awesome but that's out of range on this buy. Minox 13 or 15x are possible if I could find someone with direct comparisons.
