Hi everybody, I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for binocular shopping the San Francisco East/South Bay area? Preferably something with a WIDE selection of brands. Here's what I've found so far:
Live Bird store on Blossom Hill: Pentax and Nikon, but a good selection of both. I don't remember if they had any other brands, they may have but these seemed to be their primaries.
Mel Cotton's on San Carlos: Mostly Bushnell with a couple Leupolds and Steiners.
Reed's Sport Shop on Alum Rock: Good variety of Leupold and Swarovski and a couple others. Probably the best selection I've seen so far.
I'm in the South Bay so that area interests me the most, but I do make it to the East Bay and SF so anywhere in the area you guys have experience with is worth mentioning. My preference is that they have some high end stuff to tempt me with and at least compare a good selection of mid priced options with.
Thanks!

Hey, hey, San Hozay,
In San Francisco visit Scope City, 350 Bay St. See Zeiss, Swaro, Swift, & others. In Palo Alto visit Keeble and Shuchat, 261 S. California Ave. See Leica, lower range Nikons and possibly Pentax. In Cupertino visit Orion, 10555 S. De Anza Blvd. See Orion brand Japanese made roofs and porros. No longer stocking Nikon or European brands. That's about it other than what you mentioned, — but pleeze post what you find.
