Hi everyone, after deciding what scope I want I would like to know what Binoculars I should get out of the following:
Leica Ultravid 10x42 or 8x42 BR
Swarovski 10x or 8x42 EL
Zeiss FL 10x42 or 8x42
Or does anyone recommend anything else in the same price range of better or equal quality.

i had this problem myself.
the swaros were very bright, but the small focus wheel and rubbish design put me off.
the zeiss are very nice, bright and very light, but they didnt sit right in my hands, the focus was good but awkward , as it is near to your eyes!
the leicas were super bright and gave the best overall image, they sat right in my hand, and although the focus wasnt as smooth as the others, it was still very nice and was in the centre if the bins, where it should be.
hence i bought the ultravid 10x42br.

I have 8-12x42 Duovids but out of those 3 and if I was buying any, I would go for the Swaro's 8x42 EL's......Thought they were fantastic (even tho' I am a LEICA fan).
