Had a look at Opticron 8x25 and 8x32s today. Both around £100 Liked the extra clarity of the 32s.
Going to the US next week and am going to pick up a first pair of binoculars (apart from freebie junk ones).
I see the Olympus 8x25 PC Is are the obvious bargain buy at 8x25, at only $52, but I was wondering if there would be anything in the $50-$100 range at 8x30 or 8x32 that would give better performance?

Yes, the Leupold 8 x 30 Yosemite is one you should look at.

Thank you. Perhaps I will buy both, and then we can see how we live with them - they should ebay very readily in the UK.
How would the Leupolds compare to the Opticron OREGON LE WP Roof Prism 8x32 I looked at?
