Cameras and Lenses

compacts for $100

here are the requirements:

compactness: moderate-good
ER: good
FOV: adequate-good
optics: suitable for birding
price: preferably $100 or less
waterproofness: preferred (only worried about fogging)
power: 6-8x
obj lens: 25-30

thinking:
Nikon Prostaff 8x25
Leupold Mesa 8x25 (are these good? saw a bad tester i guess... )
Eagle Optics Triumph 8x25

any other ideas?

P.S. Are non-waterproofs ok to use in winter? (not fog internally?)

Nikon Trailblazer 8x25.

Also consider the Olympus Tracker 8x25 PC. I have three binos (Canon 8x25IS, Swift 828HHS, Oly 8x25 PC) and for the price, the Oly hsa very sharp optics.
