Hi,
Are the current production Nikon Premier SE 10 x 42 porros still up to the
same optical quality as the older models? Or are they starting to cut corners with quality?
Still made in Japan?

I have had both older and the newest, and they seem to be identical, with some coatings
changes along the way, and built to the same high quality standard. As far as I know, they have all been built in Japan.
I would recommend any of them.
