I have been thinking about buying some high quality binoculars such as Swarovski, Zeiss, and Leica, but I am not sure of any things to watch out for with each company, I have read several great things about the Swarovski service, have read in a few threads that Leicas and Zeiss sometimes have some dust/particles on the interior of the binoculars but amazing views. Are there any other things to watch out for or something that may persuade me to buy one over the other. Thanks
Ilya
Focusing knobs, diopter adjustment, eyecup functionality, scratches on the lenses. In other words, the same things you would look for in any binocular. In my opinion it is just smart to give every binocular, regardless of the brand, a thorough examination to look for these types of issues.
