Lots of snow, lots of birds, lots of moisture, take scope or bins out of case and instant fog especialy when held to the eye. Soloution please.

Are you referring to external fogging on the eyepiece/objective lens or something internal? If it is the former then there are several "anti-fogging" products available from some of the optics' manufacturers that should remedy this issue.
If it is the latter then I can only suggest purchasing a pair of bins that are nitrogen purged/sealed against moisture.
Don't keep them in their cases?
