Can anyone tell me what the standard FOV is for a pair of 7 X 42.
It depends on which model. The Zeiss FL has an FOV of 150 meters at 1,000 meters, or 8.5º; the Swarovski SLC is almost 8º, for examples. I think the old Swarovski Porro binocular was around 7º.
