I was talking to a bloke in the Navy on Sunday. He told me that sailors on a certain navigation course are given a free pair of binoculars, to keep, if they do well. Swarovski binoculars. They don't even realise how much they're worth. This is taxpayers' money! What's the maximum age for enlisting??
