I communicated with Steve via email he's leaving the site up but he's told me he's officially done with it. I assume Zeiss has got their reasons. It sad that he no longer will be around.
Does anyone know if the Better View Desired optics review site will continue under a new reviewer following Stephen Ingraham's departure to work for Zeiss? It would be a great shame if it was abandoned as it has been one of the two best sources (along with Alula magazine) for intelligent reviewing of bins and scopes in recent years.

I agree Sean, its a shame. I was a subscriber to his newsletter before the BVD site went up. The site has been dead since March and updates were getting less frequent before that. It was Steve's baby and what happens to it is up to him. I would of thought that he would at least post notice of his new employment, and apparent hiatus of any updates, while he leaves the site up awhile for archival purposes.
