Hi guys, I'm very new to all this I went to East Yorkshire last week and had a good few days bird spotting, I want to get more into the hobby and wanted to get some binoculars (unfortunately I have about £60 to play with) Any suggestions please ? I live very near gibraltar point so they should get some use !!

Opticron 8 x 40 aspheric are on ebay for £60 plus p&p they'll give you closer focus than the 8 x 30 martin suggested although will be heavier. my dad likes them. they're fully multi-coated and have a wide fov. another option for you to consider.
