I was over in my mother in laws for my sins and she had a pair of Hanimex 8x50 that she got in Australia a few years back. I've looked them up online and was surprised when I seen that some of them were made in Korea. The binoculars I looked through were made in Japan. Optically they were ok. There was a nice 3-d view. I was looking at Dunnocks in her back garden and the image was very clear with a bit of ca around the edges. Overall these porros felt nice in the hand and felt quite light. These bins are coated and have a fov of 262ft at 1000yds. Has anybody else had a pair of these bins as I was quite surprised with them considering the price their selling for.Ger.
