I recently bought some Opticron DBA Oasis 8x42, having upgraded from some cheaper Opticron roof prisms. Although the DBAs seem to have had some very good reviews, I wasn't happy with them because the field of view wasn't crisp enough & sometimes it looked a bit like 2 spheres superimposed on one another. I returned them to the retailer who (reluctantly) gave me a full refund.
Now I need to get a new pair of binns (roof prisms) & I need some advice please! I'm not too bothered how much they cost, though clearly I don't want to spend money unnecessarily - however, I'd prefer to spend money & get decent ones rather than have this happen again.
Any advice would be much appreciated - many thanks!!
