My farther was an avid bird watcher who passed away recently. He had a pair of immaculate condition fully boxed/cased Leica 10*42BA Trinovid's I am inquiring as to their value as a close friend of his would like to purchase them for sentimental reasons. I want a fair price for all concerned so any pointers as to their value would be greatly appreciated.

Several online retailers sell secondhand items and I found this link at one http://www.acecameras.co.uk/asp/web...55/prodtype.asp. This doesn't list your particular bins but 7x42 BA are there for £449. You might use that as a guide price.
