Leica Trinovid 8x32 BN or Svaro SLC 8x30 MkIII

Both these binos are no longer in production and can only be found in the pre-owned market. They are both well considered and I would be interested to hear members opinions of the relative merits of each.
The Leica Trinovids 8x32 seem to have a strong following with magical qualities in the sense that one correspondent has said that the package is greater than the total of its individual qualities. Others have given it a 'sticker' rating. On the other hand the SLC has been a long running workhorse for Svarovski and still commands interest when available for resale.
Both these bins fall into the category of small, light and compact making them popular take anywhere optics. On the secondhand market they are both similarly priced.
I recently purchased the SLC model but I wonder about whether I should have waited for a Leica Trinovid 8x32 BN.
What do you more experienced users think?

I've had both and the Leica 8x32 BN worked better for me but the best thing would be to buy a BN and compare the two and see which one you like and then sell the one you like less. I preferred the ergonomics of the BN and the optics but you could be different. You might try a Swarovski CL 8x30 also. It is brighter with updated coatings than both of the models you are looking at and will probably feel better in your hands also. It is a little more money though but not much.
