where Matt Damon is spying with a monocular. I happened to watch this one on TV last week. The CIA operative is watching through a window across the street into another office and can read the info. on a top secret file. It is a slim sleek type, no offset porro here, needed to be compact and effective.
I know this is just movie stuff, but curious minds may want to know
