The Nikon often gets written up as tops in optics, but just how big is its optical advantage over the lovely BGAT? Is the current $300 price difference only for the "modern" design (pop eyecups and waterproof/fogproof) or are the optics markedly better in the HG? Those little BGATs are so cute.
