Opticron HR WP 8x42 equivalent in US?

Looks like a great pair of binoculars and suggested as a great value/price by a lot of forum members here.

Are these available for sale here in US?

If not, are they re-branded and sold under different brand name/model? In an older thread, someone suggested these are sold as "LEUPOLD CASCADE" in US, but they don't look alike at all(at least current model).
Does anyone know about this?

They are the Leupold Cascade porro. It appears they are now discontinued although a quick google search indicates that a few pairs might still be available.
