Saturday's trip for bins

So, Yesterday, I ventured out in my search for top quality 10x42 roof bins.
I went to a Wild Birds Unlimited store in Cherry Hill NJ where they had an
optics workshop in progress. I tried the Vortex Stokes Broadwing and the
Aububon Equinox HP. The Broadwing won, hands down. MUCH better feel
in my hands and optics.
I also want to try the Pentax DCF SP 10x43, but there is not local retailer
anywhere near me that carries them.
My budget is around $600.00 and I need to be sure the bin TRUELY has
great eye releif and and IPD minimum of 57mm.

So, for you experts, what are you thoughts on the above Pentax model?
Any other choices that many meet my qualifications?

Also, how many folks here do in fact purchase top quality bins from one
of the many on-line retailers without actually demoing them?? Seems
very risky to me.

Thanks!

Borrow $500.00 from your rich friend and get Leica's.

I do buy on line. The last time I checked out three consecutively and returned three. There is no obligation from EO, Optics Planet or Cameraland NY to keep. Usually 30 days to return.
