It's interesting that Germain optics companies are bringing their production back home to Germany. Minox had already brought their HG line back from Japan to Germany and now they've brought back at least two BLs. Allbinos reports that Zeiss is bringing the Conquest line back from Hungary to Germany (at least the new HDs).
This seems to buck the trend of moving production to China to be cost competitive. Maybe they've decided to compete on quality instead?
