Does anybody has the Steiner 6x30 military ? I would like to know if the inside lens has any kind of scale on it...I hope not...also opinion on it. 6x power is appealing...Thanks in advance.

Hi ... Many years back I owned the 6x30 Military/marine & the 6x30 " Hunting" version which had the upgraded coatings. Both pairs had no scale of any kind. Very comfortable to look thru, both had long eyerelief & the 6x power was easy to hold steady. I wish now I had kept the Hunting model & I have kept an eye out for another pair to re-purchase but they are now discontinued. Both pairs are great to use in a boat or for hunting in dense woods or brush .... gwen
