Hi,
Yesterday , while I was enjoying birding with the 8X32SE, I began to wander about the origen of its hedonistic view. Depending of the species, the feeling of "one step more than the EL" is more or less evident. Looking the back of goldfinches I realized the overwhelming quality of the black colour, really really dark.
In this forums, there're a lot of people interested in colour bias and CA but the black colour has woken up little interest although it helps to get a relaxed view.

Hedonistic is a good description. The Nikons have a very faint red bias that adds to the apparent contrast, I think. Just that much more vivid.
Hello ^^
As far as I know, the darker black color related to the cool (or more cool) color bias, am I right??
Or it's just another aspect of optics??
Cheers
