Which size binoculars are the best for birding

There are so many on the market today ,can anyone help me decide wich ones to buy?.

cheers Nez

heres some basic advice.........

think about what you want to use your bino for:

if you also use a scope, and just want a light and bright bino to help you spot birds, then look at the 7x42 models.

for a bino that will be used full time, you will need a light model still but with a little extra power, so the 10x42 models should be looked at.

im not going to recomend binos however, unless you have a budget to go off!

Excelent advice from Richie,.Narrow your selection down to 3 or 4 and the most important thing is for you to try them all personally, and the pair that suit you best are the right ones.
