Hi all I was just wondering how the Zeiss Conquest range of binoculars to the opticron DBA S coat. I know its about personal preference just wondering if any one had any views on good or bad points on either?

I've never seen the DBA S-coat, but I have tried the Imagic and the Auora as well as the Conquest. I thought the Aurora and Conquest were excellent for resolution, The Conquest and the Imagic were excellent for contrast. That sounds like the Conquest was the best of the three, but it was worst for CA. If you hunt around you might find the Nikon HGL might be close to your point and might be a better choice.
